Manager has a serious attitude problem and sense of self importance. When he spoke to me like a child in front of my child I asked to speak to the manager, he smugly grinned and said “that’s me, how can I help” with such arrogance
Speaking to the rest of the staff I found that no one likes him and complaints are constantly made about him and never passed up to head office, so if you wish to complain about him I would do so directly to head office.
It’s a shame because the facility is pretty good and the rest of the staff, although young and inexperienced, seem nice and engaging as well as helpful. Manager needs retraining or letting go to make this place on par with other, cheaper, and still local competition
We went there with 6 kids of various ages (7-14) during half term and they all had a great time. Lots of activities to do including foam pits, dodgeball courts, punching wall, spinning arm and so on. We encountered some boys who were being too rough but the staff were alerted and full credit; they kept watch on these boys the whole time. The safety video beforehand seemed overly strict but I understand this is just them covering their back and the marshalls inside were not too harsh at all. My only mild complaint would be that the adult seating area is a bit cramped and the mezzanine floor should have been bigger. On the whole it was excellent though and we will definitely be going back.
Soar trampolining park has great facilities for children and lots of different activities to do and children seemed engaged there. However, I feel some staff are not very understanding of children with special needs. I am a carer and took my client here yesterday, who has autism, we approached the trampolines 5 minutes early as sometimes it is hard for an autistic child to understand they must wait for their start time. A staff member (who I think may have been the manager on duty) told us we would have to wait 5 minutes and didn’t give me the chance to explain that he struggled with waiting due to his disability. He walked off, and when it was our jump time, immediately told me that my client had jumped on the same trampoline as another child, which I thought was unnecessary given it was a large and long trampoline and he was nowhere near the child; he also immediately got straight back off as he is understanding of the rules regardless of his autism. The manager promptly walked away leaving me to be rather annoyed with the way it was dealt with. However I must say there was another staff member overseeing the safety of the trampolines named Billy, who was extremely understanding of my client having autism and did everything he could to support and watch him to make sure he was safe. He made the experience much easier and I felt a lot more at ease. I’m not sure however I will use this park again as I will feel on edge in case my client is unable to understand the rules, and this is a shame as the park itself and most of the staff are lovely and he enjoys it there. 😔
After watching the safety video and hearing that whistle blown every second what can the children do?!?! The place itself wasn't too bad the staff on the other hand are brain dead one girl stood next to the foam pits and my son wanted to jump in but couldn't because another child was just jumping off the exit ramp she just pretended not to see because none of the children listened to her at all, my son literally walked over the ramp and she told him to get off it 🤣🤣 such weak staff it was a joke will never go there again. Staff aren't bothered about safety just chatting to one another in groups.. I've read so many reviews that say this.. I don't think staff would be all huddled training while there's an active session going on ? Behave pal
Great family fun ! Attended for a birthday party which was well organised by the team. All the children loved every minute. For as a spectator I was really pleased with the prices of the snack bar. £2:20 for medium sized latte. Great friendly staff. Plenty of free parking available.
Kids loved it here. Especially the foam pits and being able to jump in. Reasonable price too!
So much fun here! As well as jumping as high as you can, a number of trampoline based games add to the excitement. Seated viewing areas pretty much cover most of the play areas so guardians can keep an eye on the kids.
A range of activities for the kids here, £10 well spent to release some of their energy! Not too busy when we went, plenty of seating with good views, well priced drinks, but not a lot of good variety of food. Well marshalled to prevent …
Good experience but staff wasn’t understanding with timing and that u only get half u time for what u paid for and but fun and enjoyed but wish there was more time for what we payed for
Went for the tots session. Such good value for money! You pay for one session but can stay for a further 2 hours after if you wanted. Drinks reasonable and staff friendly. My 4 year old simply loves it. Everything is clean and well looked after. Good parking too.
